Msged me about buying my account. that im selling. I ask him if he would pay rsgp because i dont want paypal from a newcomer, then tells me

then i tell him im reporting him and THEN he brings out the well you never said use mm even though in my thread i wrote it.

IN short he is a scammer, he will scam someone . If you don't ban him give him a TWC FOR SURE, because i don't want someone getting scammed by this kid... also hes 100% a vadar.

He did not scam, all he did was want you to go first to him. It's also not TwC worthy as it is his money, and he can do with it as he pleases, and stipulate the terms as he wishes; you can just simply deny it.

I also checked his IP, and it doesn't appear that he's evading.
