Rank suggestion

More and more members are gaining allot of vouches. People with long term buying/selling threads are currently still building their trust status with vouches like we used to do from the beginning. In my opinion we can give these people a trusted rank like R2 has. R2 has this rang for a while now and I'm sure other people have build up a better rep then the time r2 got this rank. Take for example Arcus who's Sythe's most legit user 2012. In this way it seems fair to me that others can apply for such a rank.

If members will be able to apply for such a rank it will also help making our 'find out how trusted someone is' project for newcomers more easy. We can, for example, require to have all vouches numbered in your vouch thread. At first it helps to have a simple overlook at all vouches saved there. Secondly it will help prevent fraud with vouches as you'll easily be punched if you false advertise your vouches. Right now members are not counting to check if someone has 3-4k vouches while the difference is huge!

Based on the following requirements I think we can give away these ranks to members:
- Have at least 1k vouches (Obviously you did not go first)
- Have at least 100 vouches with $500+ wealth (Obviously you did not go first)
- Have at least 5 staff member vouches (not sure about)

Another rank I'm suggesting is a business rank. Some people feel more comfortable dealing with real companies. My suggestions on requirements:
- Have at least 100 vouches (Obviously you did not go first)
- have at least 10 vouches with $500+ wealth (Obviously you did not go first)

Staff or other members with this 'trusted' rank must be able to verify the members application.

This is just an example. I would like to know if there's any support on this. We can discus exact requirements later on when this is through. Let me know

I'm aware of this. Not suggesting random ranks for people, I believe this will help make Sythe more save

 

Hmmm probably not happening, per my knowledge the rank (along with Highly Respected) can only be handed out by Sythe himself

 

Those ranks are rare for a reason, I'd like to keep it that way

 

I agree, if that rank is given away so freely, then it would not be considered to be highly. I feel as though Richard should continue to be the one who chooses who gets these ranks.

 

If anyone were to be deserving of highly trusted, it would be Arcus.

I don't agree with the stipulations you placed fourth in regards to acquiring the rank, but...if one member from this forum had to have it based on every quantifiable factor out there, it would definitely be either Video or Arcus.
