RangeX IS A SCAMMER! Full Detailed screenshots for proof

Ok, so this guy named RangeX comes to my thread saying he wants to buy my pure I'm selling. We begin talking on msn - (his msn is [email protected]) He tells me, "how about I give you 10$ ( USD ) now , then you give me the acc & info , then I give give you the other 10$"

Here are the pictures. Long story short, I tell him my price for my pure is around 20-25 bucks, He sends me the 10 dollars (out of 20 total ) , I give him the account / information, and then he deletes and blocks me. I have both pictures of the actual Chat window conversation and pictures of Paypal ( Verifying that he didn't fulfill his part of the deal.)

I would like for this guy RangeX to be banned so that he can no longer scam any other persons on this website.
