Randomly banned for no reason.

I was just unbanned by Farcast, then when I go to get on next morning. It says i'm banned?

Any reason for this, can somebody please explain?

I asked for a second opinion on the case. Clashfan and I deemed the scam report sufficient enough to warrant a ban, and that's why you are banned again.

Insufficient proof a trade took place, I'd request a twc and unban him. Report should have been dismissed from the get go, but anyways...

 

All that was missing from the scam report was the "accepted trade" screenshot. It seems highly unlikely that it was a faked report.

Also, he was banned by Gohan months ago, yet decides to dispute now. Seems odd.

I found it odd that he's disputing 4 months after the fact.

2. You must dispute your ban within one month after it was given. After one month, the ban will not be reversed, and the dispute will be denied.

So he waited four months before deciding that Gohan wasn't getting back to him? Doesn't seem rational to me, especially if he claims to be framed.

It appears that you may have been mistakenly banned in March, and then were supposed to be unbanned, but it never actually happened. I'll speak with Gohan as soon as I can since he dealt with the incident.

Contacted Gohan and we discussed the case, he agrees on an unban, if any other mod wishes to re-evaluate this case then we can do so.

Innocent until proven otherwise. Unbanned.
