He says i won the bid on the account, then when we try to do trade he says his "dog chewed his phone or whatever" which is fine then stalls for hours and now he is saying that my btc is not what it says its worth and trying to back out of sale

Don't offer me BTC worth in some kind of unknown wallet. BTC worth means bitstamp blockchain and circle rates

 

it's not uncommon that bitcoin rates are different depending on where you live. you should agree on a bitcoin rate before trading, but that's definitely not twc worthy

 

so i can get a twc for this but he cant get a twc for me going out spending 900$ and then not getting anything out of it?

Hi Astro, pretty much the thing is he offered me $850 BTC worth for account
He said he's got it so I was looking around for buyers of BTC
he had .92584887 BTC equivalent to $854 on his wallet, however his wallet is completely not any close to current btc prices
Currently btc price is $894 so thats $827 not $850 and here is the point of massive butthurt on his side leading to this post

 

I really want this account and i dont want to get bsed out of it that is why i made this report.

EDIT: It is true i am butthurt over it because ive never used btc before so idk whats overpriced and whats not but again can you please add skype back to discuss

 

You got TWC for offering, winning the bid then backing off trade after I mentioned you wont be given access until you pay for account
