I just like a smooth and honest deal, i don't have a fear you won't pay me. But considering you've threatened me by saying I didn't say what dollar currency I stated and the fact I didn't take your GP payment ( I wasn't obliged to ) I've opened this report.

you did two things which i didn't agree with

2. Tried to make a point about fee's and become sarcastic about sending CAD, i didn't have anything against you but if you can't handle the heat of dicing. Don't dice.

Right, sorry for the trouble but as he's trying to be a little girl about it, i'm opening it.

Long story short, I get him to dice $100 with me. He loses, asks me to wait till 14th for payment. I make terms stating he cant take ANY other bet until that date, he makes 2. Now nearing the payment he's not wanting to pay fee's and is threatening to send in CAD now that he knows things aren't going his way. I know fee's probably are not that high but we diced $100, not 100 dollars I pay fee's; the victor gets $100 in their account; I despise people which try to pull a fast one, I've diced with many others and I've never had a problem until now.

Moreover, why did he go against the deal and bet before sending payment, i expect that that's punishable too as I clearly stated the terms there in which he had full acknowledgement ( http://gyazo.com/b14df323b0a146b6defebcdebacb16e3 ) admits it here too

The terms clearly state no other bets until debt is paid off; yet he decides to make a troll post (probably was a secret bet) and a real bet of 2m 07 (a bet is a bet, amount is disregarded), he's failed to comply to the main forum rules + me saying specifically he cannot dice, Roary stated the consequences in main post too, which he should have read before dicing anybody.

We agreed beforehand that I could not pay instantly as I did not have the funds in my paypal and I would transfer them over. He agreed and we diced.

Today is the 14th, I agreed to pay him today, and I even told him on skype that I would.
( I even offered to pay him in 07 early because I didn't want him to wait and he denied, as you can see from the skype logs ).

Do note that when I said I would send you $ in a different currency, I was obviously being sarcastic. He was getting on my nerves so I decided to get on his.
(I have diced with many people in the past, and they have had no problems with receiving payment from me, I always send in USD)
Also, I apologize for being a bit of a dick, I am somewhat intoxicated at the moment.

Also @ Those two wagers in the dice lounge.
That toothpaste thing was just for fun, you can ask straw/chill/trav/soul, it's also in the dicing group chat's skype logs.
That 2M 07, I probably shouldn't have done that as per our terms, but I was going to pay him the $100 today. I didn't think he would flip over that.

I honestly don't care about the paypal fee's, I will pay you for those.

Compile - cover the Paypal fees, stop dicing with each other. Also, Compile, if you make rules stick to them, and stop being a dick.

Compile should pay you the $100 USD today. The wording in the DL dicing thread states that taking multiple bets at once may merit a twc or more, but given that your agreement was for the winner to be paid today, I don't think his taking a small, 2m bet was unreasonable or seriously affected his ability to pay you back; he did also offer to pay you in another form, so it's clear that his taking the bet wasn't going to result in Raze not being paid. Also, please don't make similar interstitial bets in the future. Bet one, pay one, repeat.
