    We've done business before the DNT therefore, not in breach of the DNT rank rules of "attempting to trade".

    Explanation of the trade: I purchased Python Discord Bot service from this "company", initial terms mentioned I'll receive free bug fixes. However they're now uncooperative and I'm requesting Sythe assistance. To my knowledge I didn't expressly get asked to accept the terms, throughout our business relationship (From around June) they've had 2 sets of terms.
    Amount scammed: Spent around $200+ on Discord Bots
    How they scammed: There's multiple issues with the overall product. I purchase something with expectation that It'll work as intended. Not to be given "Ow I don't know why it doesn't work", "blah", "blah blah blah" and false promises.

    On 12th September, noticed a new bug where the bot wasn't behaving properly. It's a fairly simple bug to fix and initially the creator Tmpod in others words showed he was fixing it on 16th (Monday Afternoon)

    It's now 21st September and there's been no communication on their side.

    On 30th August, a major bug was potentially introduced after a refactor of code due to the Developer advising its easier for him to manage the project that way. We naturally agreed to ensure the Developer is happy to keep working on it and improving it. The issue though is the type of bug was only reproduced on our Production (Our discord server) and even after dealing with the Developer since then and now. The bug is likely not fixed (If we reintroduce the bug without manual workaround I found then we potentially lose customer orders (money), as a result I advised the Dev to replicate it internally on their environment but seems unwilling). I advised of my theories throughout to help resolve the issue. But to this day there's no assurances its fixed.

    2nd/3rd September the bug was known.

    To this day the developer seems unwilling to fix this, I've given all they wanted (logs etc etc etc) and still nothing has changed.

    Before or around 31st August, another bug that is still not resolved. Ended up disabling that function because it was spamming our customers (One customer got spammed 500 times). I can't get access to those screenshots because I left their Discord Server because before I realised that actually its a valid dispute. If necessary I should be able to get access to see this, unless they delete my sales channels.

    Same boat as above, another issue was dismissed a while ago. An issue where the bot wasn't operating as intended within a specific feature.

    Overall I've received a substandard product and I feel I've given them too many chances and let them off too many times. From this dispute I want full cooperation to fix everything and to ensure all expected features are working as agreed to original specification or reasonable standard. For each feature they received a full specification and we worked together until both parties 100% agreed and understood. So there's no reason to blame that on this situation!

    This dispute can be closed, they've now worked with me to resolve the issues. Only 2 remaining issues can't be fully tested but I trust in them now that if there's an issue they will fix it within a reasonable timescale.
