The deal was that he would quest, get void and do a torso on my account, he kept prolonging this (he constantly said he had no time etc... and instead he just went pking) So when my recoves were going (I didn't realise) he changed my pass and tried to sell my account... lucky for me, I got my account back in time and changed my recoves back too...

There's really nothing we can do without proof.

He says his account was hacked, though. He's in the process of securing it, along with his email address; and by the ip and email address change, I see no reason to believe he's lying. As long as there's no permanent damage to hold him accountable for, he'll be given the benefit of a doubt.
