I understand your frustration. We did not provide good service to you on our most recent trade. There were several unfortunate events that happened one after the other which delayed our service:

- Worker who sends WU was offline for 24h
- Company who sends WU for us refused to do so
- Our website was hit by a significant DDOS attack

I am working to make sure all three situations do not inconvenience our stakeholders so noticeably in the future. I do appreciate your feedback and critique, and respect your right as a trader to express your sentiment. I can only promise to take your review and use it to improve my business so that this does not repeat itself again in the future.
