http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1635061-r2p-dishonest-still-bitter-about.html was the evidence used to ban R2.

N4n0 handed out the ban so I will let other staff handle this if need be.

This was already handled, hell it was part of a discussion myself and Ryan had last night, not sure why the change of heart.

I'll mention it to him tonight if he doesn't see this, I'm just confused as to why its being held against him the second time around.

The discussion we had last night was about the event that just recently happened, where R2P felt obligated to complete the trade due to the scam report. We can't hold that against him.

As for this incident, I banned him because I had not realized that this particular issue had already been brought up, and he had been given a one time amnesty by Sythe.

I've just asked Frenzy via PM to unban R2P, but if any other globals+ read this before she gets to it, feel free to do so.

I'd also like to reiterate what Sythe said here: http://www.sythe.org/12016401-post21.html

.I'm going to give you all an amnesty period to clean up your operations and re-train your staff.

Evidence of knowingly accepting stolen goods will be grounds for perm ban in the future.

Lifted, sorry for any confusion R2 & thanks for clarifying Ryan.
