I bought $40 worth of gold from R2Pleasent and heres my proof

I went online and asked for customer service, and Anne replies saying she doesnt trust me because i was using a vpn to buy it. Ok I was a lil angry but ok, atleast i get a refund.
It's been 3 days and I still havent gotten a refund, she told me she'll get me a refund when her boss gets on. I dont believe her boss hasnt been on for 3 days.

Actually, you tried to order GP with a Chinese Paypal while using a USA IP Address. Meaning you tried to use somebody else's Paypal to pay. That is why we denied your order, and I have since sent a refund.

He says he already have given you a refund; do you mind posting a new screenshot of your PayPal?
