You can't spare any money or obligated to donate it to them, just because you have it.

Oh i simply don't donate to african kids coz i just don't care about them.

Anyway i know it was a joke lol. I was just bored so i felt like being serious :p.

2. The User Educator rank has been existant for a long time. Look in the UE Forums. :)

And big deal if he currently has a TWC. It will be removed soon enough.
