I'll go ahead and try to break this down for you to where you can understand. I know you still think I tried stealing your worker about a year ago, so you're holding a grudge against that, but I will assume you have reasonable intentions, and will address you likewise.
Firstly, I am not abusing my workers. I would like to say we have the most flexible pays and best treatment of workers in the industry. We don't go after people in third world countries and China, such as yourself, to cut down on expenses. The people I do hire, I hire because they are in need of money and I want to give them an opportunity to do what they enjoy, such as staying on the computer, and earning some money to support this lifestyle. We usually pay out whenever they want a payment, and only hold their monthly bonus until the end of the month, which is an addition to what they already get paid. Again, this is something great that allows them to earn additional money for the hours invested in our website, and good behavior.

People prefer working for me over you, as your vague $500-1000 is absolutely retarded. At least have the decency to compare it with what current workers earn based on how much effort they put into the job.

He stated that he signed a contract, I would assume, which he did, which says if he quits or gets fired for a reasonable reason, he forfeits his right to his bonus. He would still, in this hypothetical case, be paid for what he actually delivered.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the staff's behavior when it comes to my website and our policies. Our policies are fair, we are not scammers, and I have no intentions of not paying my workers. Please at least have the decency to consider agrements and laws when dealing with disputes. And please, in the future, when someone makes an absolutely fallacious claim without any hard evidence, at least attempt to contact me for my side of the story before you threaten to ban me. (edit) If you're going to harass me in the future for not paying conditional bonuses, I would prefer to remove them outright from worker's wages now so they feel like I'm obligated to pay those in the event of misconduct.

- Workers earn approximately $2.50 per delivery
- Workers are not required to do certain amount of hours
- Workers can select when they want to work, but they must stand by them
- Workers earn bonus points, which give them a percentage of the revenue - I don't see any other site allowing their workers to earn a chunk of their pure profits, especially yourself. How much of that $10,000+ you make go to R2Anne?
- Only their bonuses can be wiped, in the event that they do not give a two week notice when quitting, which is completely legal and fair

- I never threatened to withhold Meth's Payment
- In the event that Meth wanted to work for you, he's not a dumbfuck, and would put in his 2 week notice. Might I mention that almost every other job in the world has a 2-week notice policy.
- Meth never earned $1500 this month
- I never 'amended' a contract. There was a contract created, which was signed before this incident, which makes it valid. The contract also retro-actively applied a NONDISCLOSURE agreement. Any ammendments would only be made to the CODES OF CONDUCT and those would be minor
Just in case you still don't understand, let me place together a hypothetical situation.
- RSU Dipshit works for RSU from September 1 to September 11.
- RSU Dipshit disregards the 2-week notice in the agreement he read and signed
- RSU Dipshit earned $200 from September 1 to September 11.
- His bonus would have been for $100 for this period, but he did not quit properly, and left us without a worker, thus harming RSU.
- RSU Dipshit will receive his $200 for his wage, but no bonus.
