[2nd opinion needed] appeal - giftcard

To SuperFluous: Please read this as you misunderstood and have some wrong info.

To any new Mods or Admins: In order to fully grasp what im saying and be on Super's same page please refer to these threads first in the order provided:

I was reported here on my thread by ikgov:


Then I created this first appeal thread to explain what had happened and clear my name:

Then i created this thread in response to Super because he had misunderstood what I was saying and had mistook me for someone else:

For some reason, Super still misunderstood and thinks I was the seller in the thread on the other forums when i was not so i made this thread.

That is exactly my point, that is not me. The threads made were by someone else on the forum. This is the picture you posted on my first appeal post :



The author of those threads is called 'realer' and that is not me. My username was ven0m and that can be proved by my reporter ikgov in his post on my thread:

So I dont get why you keep thinking i posted threads saying that I was selling. I merely attempted to buy and even that I couldnt do as i stated in my previous appeal thread.

My icq on my thread on sythe is 682557907 and that matches the buyer on the other forums, not the seller:

Needless to say I explained that i never actually bought anything from these forums in my previous appeal threads.

Thanks in advance and hopefully i cleared the misunderstanding. Also if anything is misunderstood please dont close this thread as its easier to clear it up in a simple reply rather than make a new one and confuse people with the links.

Definitely not, what he is describing above is serious theft / fraud. People go to jail for extended periods of time for doing the activities above.
