R I P is refusing to pay for service

Trade details: I had already sold R I P an account for $10, and offered to create two more accounts for a total of $22 more. I got them their required stats, and R I P then asked for me to do some additional training for an additional $3 per account ($28 total). I completed the task as required, but RIP is now refusing to pay me / ignoring me. I've given him the account details because they are worthless to me but worthwhile to him. It annoys me to have to do this because I was already in negotiation to create more accounts, so if this puts R I P off I will lose money :/.
