    Well I have him on Skype saying that his paypal is messed up, would that suffice?

    I just want the chargeback fixed. He is offering RSGP but it is not solving the situation.

    Dispute can be closed. Subway sold the gold he was offering to cover the negative. As of now, this is resolved.
