Qzenwow stated in his thread that he did not open a support ticket because he created that 3 digit account, here:

Even though he claimed to me that he indeed tested the keys via support tickets for that account, here:

As a new seller, he is acting fishy and I believe he is a risk to customers, I am not sure this classifies as a Violation but I felt like I needed to raise this question here.
Also he completely lacks proofs of any ownership of these high quality and expensive Steam accounts.
