    Well I didn't give into the temptation last night but I think if I have one once in a while isn't bad. Like it says quitting cold turkey is hard.

    tell me about it man ive been tryin to quit for quite awhile ive gone from nicotine gum and patches too back smoking usually. But serioussly you should look into those e-smokes its helped me cut down quite a bit

    EDIT: NVM FOR DIPPING I HAVE NO IDEA.

    I did it by using that nasty ass chicken jerky that looks like dip, suck on that for a while, you'll stop.
