Ok, So I have stopped playing football I have been playing rep for 3 Years now and getting no where. My coach/head of rep put me on these thick shakes that just made my legs blow up like balloons (Intentionally) but I now have been trying 6 Months to get this leg and bum fat/muscle off but having no Success.

    Things I have tried:
Walking, Salads, exercise but all its done is made my legs get even bigger with muscle.

I start work again tomorrow so this will help a slight bit, but I need a faster way.

Im 18 and way almost 100 KG all from my legs, my upper body is some what good and does not need work.

What you could do it maybe get a home workout, like a dvd workout. I know "Intensity" has some good ratings and I believe it requires a set of weights and a mat, if that. It's a pretty good home work out regiment and it seems like it would work for you.

Also keep a consistent diet and work your metabolism. Eat frequently and eat small portions, you never want to be "hungry" or having a feeling of hunger, that slows your metabolism down. I'm not saying stuff yourself with food, but eat healthy well proportioned meals frequently throughout the day so you're never feeling hungry and this will work your metabolism to work faster.

Look into the P90X. A buddy of mine got it last Christmas and he hasn't shut up about how awesome it is. He's a bit on the plus side, legs and upperbody, as he too plays football and has been since he was in first year of high school. I saw him about a week ago, and I've already seen improvements since he's been on the program.

A lot of it has you jumping around your living room and doing un-though-of stretches that help you lose weight.

I'm sure you could torrent the program for free.

I would highly suggest going to your local gym and booking a session with a personal trainer. These people are brilliant when it comes to developing you a personal weekly workout routine & diet, to achieve the results that YOU want. It is all tailored to each specific individual, and so you can tell them exactly what you are looking to achieve and they can help :)

With the above advice, get your weekly workout routine created, stick to it on a daily basis & follow the specific diet set out for you. Within a few months you should be trimming and slimming your body back to its previous form, and feeling healthier than ever. Good luck! :)

You said walking, but running daily helps A LOT. It will help you loose a lot of fat. Try waking up before work and going a mile run, or after work.

Lol. I get up at 3:30 AM as it is and dont get home till 6 PM most nights.

Also, My legs are not "fat" they are more protein shakes and 300KG Leg lifts...

    I kinda regret it now..
