after the trade limit is gone will it only cost IRL money or still cost rs gold too?
for like party hats, divines, torav ect.

 

This is wrong section. To answer your question, If you dont pay GP in game and just IRL cash then Phats will be alot more expensive.

 

You can still pay the GP guide price as Jagex said they will have guide prices set. When then you could do both, just IRL cash would cost more.

I would say RSGP+IRL Money, because thaat would stop Jagex from detecting RWT.

Example:
Player 1 trades Partyhat to Player 2 for nothing. - RWT Detected(Maybe?)

Player 1 trades Partyhat to Player 2 for 500m. - (More realistic trade)
