No, I think most people selling their accounts are quiting for good and won't accept rsgp.

 

you'll just have to check the market section when it comes.
some people might be trying to sell botted pures for RSGP for their mains.. but then again some other people might just be quitting and selling their acc for money only.

 

I would, not an astronomical amount though..

plus it would be hard to report scamming, since theres no proof of an RS trade
