Quick question on playerauctions accounts

Hey I just wanted to know the difference between accounts on PA listed here -

Playerauctions verified accounts? what does this mean and has anyone sold a account under this section? I have a lot of feedback on PA and looking to sell my account. How can I sell it in the verified section? Do PA simply do a recovery check or something?

 

Selling you account under the "Verified" section is a very difficult task to do.

As it says on that page you will need to have:

1. Have their information pre-stored in our database and have already undergone IP cooldowns. They are instant delivery.

2. Sellers who agree to sell in this store guarantee these accounts and pay for game account insurance themselves. Therefore, all of these accounts come with a 100% 1 year guarantee.

3. Are stored, managed, and verified by PlayerGuardian.

Basically what this is saying is you contact them telling them you want to do this.. they store your info for a LONG time for IP cooldown. Then when they sell YOU take all the risk, should the account get hacked, banned, frozen... it is YOUR loss. And to top it all off you hand over all the account info in advance with no guarantee it will ever sell.
