Quick Question: Information on design and coding.

I'm looking for information on specifically learning how to design and code templates. However, what I am looking for I haven't been able to find with Google or any other tutorial website such as, Pixel2Life or Good Tutorials. Here are the questions I need to get answered.

• How to code a web design to fit all browsers properly?
• How to design menus and interactive flash designs?
• Is there a trick to getting a webpage to fit in all resolutions?

OK, well, are you talking about css templates, xml templates, what? im guessing your talking about css...

A: Well, if you had solid foundation of understanding client-side programming you wouldn't be asking this question. But FYI, it is possible to fix all browsers universally.

hint** start with some basic javascript for browser detection.....**hint

But really just use CSS and make a template for firefox (all browsers) and one for IE (the worlds worst browser)

Q: "How to design menus/flash design"

A: CSS & HTML makes badass menus, Flash is a waste of time (it kills SEO) unless you just have a completely over complicated over functional, laggy POS, web site....

Q: "tricks?"

A: actually learn client-side programming, w3schools.com
