Quick question about perm mute

Can an apologize unmute me (perm muted atm)? I'm quite sure it doesnt effect blackmarks so im curious about this

Im perm muted on my lv 129 and i tried evrything, you have to wait for like ages and the mute will lift.

 

lul im over 110 combat i'd rather try something betur

 

I thought perm mute= forever muted? It wont get lifted?

 

Somtimes Jagex gives them some.. Lets say gifts, sometimes if you've been muted for a long period of time and have not gotten any offences toward yourself again, you'll be unmuted if you're lucky.

 

i had an account that got perm muted logged on a years later unmuted i was like wtf ????

 

i had an account perm banned perm muted with 36 black marks now hes not banned but still perm muted

 

same, im perm muted for 2years now. The mute will get lifted over time...
I was perm banned then when summoning came out i was unbanned.
So just wait...a few years

 

telling someone to wait a few years isn't really comforting
