Quick Purchase Advice

Hello, I am looking to do a quick purchase. I already have my trusted and preferred seller, but have a couple questions I would like to ask the community.

I bought 150m about a month ago, bought 850m around 20 days before that, and bought 1 billion gold approximately a month before that. So three reasonably sizable purchases (totaling a little over 2b) within three months time.

I am considering doing another 450m purchase, which should be my last. Am I in danger of an RWT ban if I do this final trade. I don't think so considering my past experiences but I would like to be sure.

If you think I will be safe please confirm that you have moved more than this in a 3 month period and been fine recently.

Also if anyone could answer whether or not RWT bans have been picking back up recently or are still virtually non-existant on top of that would be appreciated.

If you do purchase 450M I recommend it being in the duel arena and actually a duel. You offer some noob stuff like some runes or something, and they put the 450M and let you kill them. No possible way to get banned.
