    Questions regarding gold selling

Snoop around in this section and check out what everyone is buying for: Oldschool RuneScape Buying

This will give you a decent understanding of the buying price by big gold sellers (AKA the price you will sell to them). If you're trying to sell on your own, you might be able to get a few extra dollars but with the added risk of getting chargebacked or scammed by a new/untrustworthy member.

The price of buying right now is a lot less than 1.7/m, probably ~1.1-1.2. Selling price is inherently higher since big gold sellers buy for cheap and sell for higher to make a profit. There's no such thing as "too late"; this isn't like BTC, the prices aren't volatile and change in the matter of minutes. You'll be able to notice if there's a crash or rise within days or weeks.

100m isn't really much to worry about, especially if your account is clean and legit. Usually the people that get banned are people that transfer 300m+ daily. Now I'm not saying it's impossible for you to get banned, there's always that risk with RWT, but it is highly improbable.

Get your feet wet in the market for a bit and I guarantee you'll get the hang of it within a few days. If a deal is too good to be true, it usually is; in that case always use a trusted MM. Also remember to always check Skype IDs for the people you contact as there are many impostors that pretend to be well-known/trusted gold sellers to try and scam you. The market can be a dangerous place if you don't know what you're doing, but can be very profitable if you stay cautious and wary.

    Good luck!
