Questions about money payments

Hello, i'm new to all this online payments from strangers and i'd need some advice.

Basically, i know to never accept paypal unless member is really trusted, but what about the other alternatives such as Western Union (only one i know)

Can the person still charge back if they pay with Western Union?

if so, any other alternatives to Paypal that'd give more security to the seller?

WU, bitcoin, vanilla reload, gift cards, or other methods where you instantly get $ are the safest.

You can use PayPal, just use a service that acts a middle man (ex: Player Auctions)

 

Western union is completely safe from chargebacks - once the money is physically in your hands there's no way for them to take it back.

Bitcoin is another alternative that is also completely safe from chargebacks.

Other methods of payment like Skrill may claim to be, but there is still a risk of chargebacks with them even though it may be less than Paypal.

Gift cards are ok if you are sure that the person bought it, if not and it was for example purchased with a stolen cc then the money may soon be removed.
