Questions about buying mills

Ok, well I want to buy some mills and I have this Visa Debit card worth $25.

Can I use it to buy mills?
If so how, other than just sending it in the mail?

You should be able to create a PayPal Account, and then add the Debit Card there.

Using that, you should then be able to Send Money.

 

Thanks, Hmm just trying adding it to paypal and it wouldn't work.
I don't think paypal will let you use debit cards.

If so, what am I doing wrong?

And are there any other ways?

 

I think that there is a new security on paypal that negates the use of debit cards.
