If you have stats reset, does that mean you are for sure going to be banned?

 

No. It just gives a better chance I believe to get banned if other people report you. I've seen resetters pk, so i dont think it is a problem.

It's not a guarantee that you are going to get banned, but it can happen. Until Jagex decides to announce if this is a bug or a punishment to botters, just don't report it, you are probably safer that way.

Oh and to answer your question, a lot of people say only if you report the stat swipe as a "bug" you get banned.

It's basically a second chance, but the know you have botted so they will look out for you.

 

I think you should be fine, just don't draw any more attention to yourself in the near future.
