Question

well i know theres a scrip out there for getting planks or something that makes profit n whatnot but i see that an eye of newt sells for 50gp in the grand exchange & you can buy it from a vendor for 3gp, i was just wondering if this was a good way to make quick cash, as in are there really people so lazy out there that they would pay the 2000% inflation cuz there too lazy & if thats true is there a script out there to buy & bank them 4 me overnight?
