Question to those who run bot farms; CPU temps.

Let's just say that I can't upgrade to water-cooling as I might not be able to, I am not entirely sure yet.
Is 30-36C bad for just leaving my computer with nothing running?

Thanks for this help guys! I really do appreciate it.

No not at all. You have to realize your pc is always going to be a few degrees higher than your ambient temps, reguardless if you are idle or maxing the CPU. My computer averages 60-65c when @ 100% CPU usage.

You should be fine with a good air cooler.

What are your specs, and what OS are you running?
In that 100% max load, what are you running?
Also, in your rig, what heatsink are you using?
Sorry about so many questions, but this is my first build, anything helps!

    I'm a bit confused... Is the % considered C?

I have computer with Intel i7 2600 and it runs at 1-6% with Skype, MSN, and Firefox on. I can run 10 NeXuS bots on it with it staying below 20%.

    Going 95-100% isn't a problem, right?

I first need to know if % in other words in C to be able to compare both my and your computer to help you.

    Hey DMR. :)
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.
If you're trying to get the degrees in Celsius, I'd give CoreTemp ( alcpu.com/CoreTemp ) a try.
    Cheers~
