    Question

    bodybuilding.com

I used to lift for 3 years, now stopped due to family & business.

    Anyways:
What I would suggest is skip all that bullshit, train for like 6 months with no mends to your diet, your body will automaticly demand more food! So in turn you will get used to food haha...

Once you have learned about training you can now focus on the diet.
Protien & carbs with a hint of fat ;)
Chicken and rice are allways nice!
    But just buy a customized diet, easy as 1 - 2 - 3...

In the mean time, you can try protien shakes try not to get the mass gaining ones as you will just become a fat ass. But protien and some creatine & multi vits will keep you going.

    ------------------------------
    What I did....
Hit the gym hard for like a few months, started protien shakes & creatine... Got massive, then hit the chicken and rice & mince and rice & stake, got even ripped.

Your never going to get a dead to the point diet, and if you do you wont keep it or enjoy it so you will quit in the end.

Just enjoy yourself, see changes and eat good food.
