There is no MM req section?

I have been looking for over an hour for a MM
Selling a PS4 account for skrill.
And from 4 MM none does PS4
Is there any MM request section, if not there should be one not everyone trade rgsp

To be honest u will be hard pressed to find an mm for this but u may get lucky! Just keep searching forums and messaging mms. Edit: I stand corrected ^

Generally if you can't find a MM it's because the trade you want to do a) sucks for the MM (like account for account sales) or b) is irrelevant for the MM (like a game/service they're unfamiliar with)
