Question regarding real life trading forum

Since I can't seem to find a topic saying anything about posting rules in the real life trade forum and don't know where to post this, I thought this might be the place to ask my questions. If there is a sticky topic about this, point me to it, because I can't find it. About bumping, how often can I bump my topic? And how many threads can we start on that forum?

I tried posting this in the General community forum, but it seems that it didn't post for some reason...
