Question regarding a potential scam/offense.

Question;

If a service provider took a users account after being paid for an order, and outsourced the work to another, cheaper service provider, in order to profit from the order while doing no work, would this constitute a scam or a violation?

If the service you offer is outsourced or done by someone other than you, you MUST inform the buyer either through your Terms of Service or in Skype/PM. Failure to follow this rule would grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences.
