a. It's not his fault Mathew approved it without checking if he actually donated.

b. It didn't affect anyone.

Ye thats really screwed up tbh he didnt break any rules he simple found a glitch any memberr probably would have did it..... just shows how inconsiderate people are that he even found the glitch, didnt affect the site or anyone no reason for a ban

I wouldn't be surprised if it is the way the Mods/Admins have been acting lately handing out perms like Snickers candy bars and they wonder why the forum wont grow !! .....

It's not Matthew's responsibility to check if the user is a donor or not as the system should not have been abused in the first place. They were temped for abusing a glitch instead of reporting it.

 

x339 was banned because of prolonged abuse of the glitch, that's fine, I guess.

Also Laptop did report it to Matthew AFAIK. He just set it for about 30 minutes like 6 days ago, le monkey face.

Also I did it for about 30 minutes as well like 6 days ago until I decided that a $300 rank was ugly and removed it, but mainly because Corey asked me to.

 

Going by the same logic, people should be infracted for double posting when the server lags out.

It's not their fault, it's a problem with the fucking website that they tested out. It was promptly removed.

 

People don't test out double posting... it happens on its own. The ranks and UT/ UI didn't magically appear on their own.

I wish game developers followed your logic though I'd have so many duped items and maxed accs on so many different games.

 

People don't get infracted for server-related double-posting. Your logic is invalid.

 

I dont think they would get infracted for x2 posting or server lagg but if the post is left up there and a mod is not notified or the post is un reported i do believe they hand out infractions for that but as for a x2 post and just infracted i dont think that happens.

 

Double posts caused by the server are never infracted under any circumstances.

 

You guys should be glad that they didn't abuse what the glitch gave them and rather they reported it. Someone could've used it to scam quite easily.

Btw, before it shows up on my logs that I was a $300 donor for <2 minutes, it's because the person who posted the glitch made a thread, I replied and he PMed me asking if it was just him, and as soon as I confirmed for him, it was removed.

 

X339 deserved that ban to be honest. Just because kids act all innocent doesn't make it undeserving of punishment when they deliberately break a rule.

 

Thinking about this, surely apith should be banned. I'm sure he is actually only a $300 donor (what his screenies showed), yet he has a $500 rank, which he claimed was a typo. If I'm wrong and he is a $500 donor, sorry apith, I fell for your trick.

Apith is legitimately a $500 donator. He Photoshopped a picture saying he was only $300 and posted it in donators lounge for shits and giggles.

But anyways, they tested a bug, then removed it right after, and even reported it. Their bans are fucking retarded.
