    So i made my first gif signature, in photoshop the frames ran so much faster and smoother. but as soon as i exported it the frames slowed down.

    Looks good man, the lightning bolts are kinda out of place tho :p

    I find that clicking "Play" directly in Photoshop isn't representative. To have a better look at the result, you need to click "Save for Web", and then watch your animation there.

    If you're using the Frame Timeline, convert and use the Video Timeline instead. You should be able to speed up the animation in that mode.

    decreasing the amount of frames he uses for the animation increases the speed of it.

    changing the speed by decreasing the amount of frames in the Frame Timeline can result in choppy-like animation due to it being frame-by-frame based, whereas you can change the duration with ease in the Video Timeline and get smooth animation.

    hence why I suggested to use the Video Timeline instead.
