is that legal can i put his name, explaining he's a scammer to his school?

I'm not sure his school would do much. Threaten him with the police or contact his parents if you want to try and get something done.

If you keep phoning his house and harassing him, as unfair as this may sound, he can probably get you in trouble. You do not have a case if he took your runescape gp because runescape gp is not a real currency therefore cannot get stolen. Gp belongs to Jagex so your claim that he "stole" something from you would be invalid. Or did you send him real money?

 

Why would you fax his school, this can be defined as harassment. I would personally confront him face to face.

 

No one in the real world honestly cares that your runescape geepeez were stolen.
