Question and help please.

Hi, if i sold some osrs gold and i refunded them because i wanted them to send it as friends and family and then they said they wont do it, and just say theyll refund the gold. But they wont refund it till the money appears on their card even tho i already processed the refund on my end (paypal) says the refund went through and its instant as it was paypal balance. Do i have to wait the 5 days for it be posted on their card to get my gold back or should they already refund my gold now since i refunded them already. Thank you for reading.

But it sounds like they're waiting to refund you until they get their money back... which seems perfectly reasonable imo.
