Question about trustworthy pay method sites such as Paypal.

Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I have a question about Paypal, Western Union, etc. I have a Paypal but they won't let me add money to it because i need to "show proof" that i'm me. I'v sent them two photos of my driver's licence and still, nothing has changed. Does anyone know a good trustworthy website I can use?

 

Paypal are really protective hint the reason why so many accounts get limited, the best way is Bank transfer..

 

hate paypal so much. chargeback central, every trade i'm pessimistic.
