Hey, looking for the best way to low-attention or afk train melee combat. I have a P2P account on EoC. Currently very low stats (around 20/20/20). Looking to get it to as high as possible really. I think I'll start off by doing waterfall quest.

Afterwards, what would be the best way to go about training?
(In advance, I apologize for asking this way prior to googling extensively but I really don't understand a lot of EoC terms, I only quest on EoC, I'm a 07 player at heart)

Are there any quests that give decent combat experience of any kind without requiring skill stats? Or if so, they require skills less than lv 30? (Simply state the quest and the approximate reqs, I will google that ;) ) <-- that's due to my account basically only having 20/20/20, all other stats are virtually 1.

What are the best training places? I heard there was an overhaul on which monsters are now aggressive (i.e. some common monsters in stronghold of security no longer being aggressive? players forced to train in wildy?)

I heard that abilities are a big part of your xp/hr rates but people seeking to afk train use some constitution ability that raises the damage/speed of your autoattacks or something and lasts for 20 minutes and also some kind of a healing ability? Could someone explain those to me?

Starting at 20/20/20 and being a member what training gear should I use? If you're very knowledgable and would like to, I'd greatly appreciate a "typical gear set" and a "pricy but possibly worth it" gear set. ;)

Thanks in advance! :)

When I was low level I just worked my way through the stronghold of security. Eventually camping at red spiders/ankous for the drops(ankous)/exp.
The constitution ability you're thinking of is what is used to afk rather than abilities: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Momentum - if you start using abilities it deactivates. Abilities is more exp overall though.
Gear will vary greatly depending on what you choose to train on. Your weapon should be that of the NPC's weakness (which you'll find on the opponent interface or by searching the wiki). And the gear should be the best defence against the NPC's style of attack.

This might help:

Thanks man! Very informative. As for the Stronghold recommendation, are the monsters there still aggressive?
