Question about skype reports for Windows 8

[[N]oob]

for my Skype in parenthesis behind the display name is the Skype username. Is this sufficient proof for a scammer report? I read the sticky about finding the skype username in windows 8 on a report scammer however my skype shows the username after the display name.

[Superfluous]

yeah that's fine
