Question about selling NPs & lawsuits

If I were selling to someone in return for an amazon digital gift card, and after I sent them the items, they self-froze, can I sue them for not paying me? Neo's policy on this is:

It makes it sound like NPs aren't owned by anyone other than TNT, and that since they have no legal value, you "cant" sell them and in turn, cant sue for not being paid for them.

    Thoughts/opinions appreciated ^_^

Your not allowed to sell in the first place, since neopoints are the intellectual property of Neopets, and therefore, you couldn't sue them.

Unless the card was worth a lot, I wouldn't even bother with lawsuits. You'd get banned for even selling points in the first place. Moreover, it is technically illegal to be selling Neopoints - same with other game currencies.
