    Question About Refunds
    Alright, so I bought an account for $372usd a while back and I can admit that it was a smooth and fair trade but it got perm banned for macroing major when I've done absolutely nothing. On the post the seller made for the account he did not add a screenshot of the previous offenses OR ban/mute meter. He did not inform me that he botted on it and his before actions obviously severely affected the account today and I have no way of getting it back.

    I also have screenshots of the whole Skype and Sythe conversations, links and his original post.

    Is there any way I could get my $372 back or am I just screwed.

    Best bet would be to open a report and contact the original owner in the hopes he can recover the account and get it unbanned.

    If the account trade happened "a while back" I doubt it was because of his botting behaviour (if that occured) that it got banned after all this time.

    I've tried contacting the original owner, hes tried recovering the account and his attempts have all been denied because of lack of info

    How would I go about that, do I file it under a scam? I pm'd Shin who made this forum and I'm just waiting on a reply to see what they say ---> Important rules regarding account sales and refunds

    They can monitor your account for as long as they need if they suspect you're using illegal botting software, so that doesn't mean that the ban was set right then and there
