Question about redeeming Lockerz rewards

I was on Lockerz, about to buy my little sister this DS Game, when I noticed something:



So it costs $40 AND 200 pts? What the fuck?

 

No, you earn 200 points for buying the game off the shop. So +200 more points to you.

 

So having 200 pts is enough for the privilege to buy the game for that price? So if I had 199 pts I wouldn't be allowed to buy it? And if I do buy it for $40 I get 200 pts as a reward for buying it right?

 

I bought MW2 off of lockerz and I bought it for 59.99 and they will give me 600 ptz 30 days AFTER ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.

You earn 200 ptz. You can probably find it for cheaper on amazon or something.
