question about recovering

lets say you have recovery questions set a year ago but the emaila ddress is chNGED. can u still recover the account with those recs set?

If it's your account you should know the new e-mail as you need the old one to change it.

 

True, unless you forgot the recovs/changed them, or someone else changed them ur harder to recover.
but when u got security code in e-mail it will make the progress going faster.

 

Like the others said, yes you can. It'd also help immensely if you knew the membership information and all of the other information like the account creation dates.
