Question about paypal

Can someone help me please? i received this payment from a account sale, he says he cannot cancel it without me agreeing to it, he wants to have full control of the account now, but i wanna make sure i dont get scammed here so what does this mean?

it says it will be in my balance in 1-3 days.

 

if he's legit there should be no rush to have full access to the account until you've been paid 'properly' and it's in your balance.

to the 1-3 days it's because you're not trusted i think, or don't have a good record like it states, otherwise it'd be in your balance instantly, so just tell the guy to be patient and once the payment fully arrives you can give him full ownership.

 

Should have had him send it as friends and family. He can 100% charge back that payment even with that note. For an RS account? Yeah right he's gonna let you keep that money lol.

 

Hope its not a fake paypal pic as some people sending them these days!
