    Question About PayByPhone....
    Is it possible for me to put my cell phone number in as the number to bill for SurfPin, but, I use my house phone to call SurfPin? Or, is that considered fraud for some reason?

    You can put whatever number you want when you go to redeem a pin you can write 23423897542879 they dont care at all, the number is only used for recovering your account again via membership details.
