question about mming

if your offering a user service like skill trainging and your charging. how do you arrange a mm?

say i was going to get someones theiving from 30-50. once i calc how much it will be do i tell the mm and hes givin the $ then i go and train it, and once im finished the mm pays me?

 

You post here and say you need a trusted middleman and people post to say they will do it. You choose the person you want they hold the money while you train his account. When his account has been trained he will change his password and the MM will give you the money.
