Question about me being banned.

Why am i banned for returning? I read the rule but i don't know why. Could someone tell me why im banned after i returned on my other account?
Im guessing when i get the answer this account gets banned too? So if anyone could answer thanks.

 

You can only have 1 account at Sythe. Once you have been banned, you're done.

 

I know i can only have 1 account but why can't i make another?
